Software
The FluxExplorer software package is designed for ease-of-use with the system. Working
in cooperation with physicians in hospitals we concentrared our effort on making
the software simple to use yet versatile - optimal for the convienience and for
the performance.
The software is delivered in two parts aquisition and analysis with each part perfectly
suited for the current task.
Acquisition
FluxEXPLORER Acquisition software allows the user acquire flow images in a very convenient and intuitive way. Since the system selects most of the settings automatically, the user simply has to press a button to acquire the flow image. The resulting flow image can be accepted, discarded, or, finally, saved on the hard drive. A series of images obtained sequentially with a time interval can be recorded and saved in the file as well.
Analysis
FluxEXPLORER Viewer will assist the user who is analyzing flow images in finding specific diagnostic signs. This software calculates the statistics (mean, standard deviation, min, max, area, etc.) in the areas selected by the user. The signal changes in each area can be analyzed and plotted on the graph as a function of time. This software works independently from the system and can be installed on any PC in the lab, office, or at home.
